National Trainer - Beauty & Fragrance Portfolio Are you an experienced Trainer within the Beauty industry and searching for that exciting next step into your career? Cosmax Prestige Brands is Australia’s leading independent luxury fragrance and beauty distributor and has been so for over 30 years. Our brands include Guerlain, Dolce & Gabbana, Bvlgari, Acqua di Parma, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Montblanc, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Elie Saab, Nuxe, Hermes, and many more. The role Your days will be spent working alongside our dedicated team of Trainers who are passionate about all things beauty and fragrance. Using your extensive training skills , you will deliver best practice classroom, virtual and onsite training in relation to our luxury brand range. This is a Sydney based role and you will work out of our head office in Banksmeadow where you will work closely with our Marketing department and other internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver training modules. You will also travel locally and (occasionally) interstate to share your skills and knowledge with our passionate teams of consultants. There may also be some overseas travel requirements as you embrace the opportunity to attend international brand conferences to learn about new releases and best practice training standards. You will work across a dedicated portfolio of brands along with supporting the other training team members from time to time on their portfolios. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and deliver training materials for your portfolio for Beauty and Fragrance Regular monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training delivery Review and improve training processes Scheduling and organisation of national training calendar Develop onboarding training material for Consultants and Counter Managers Attend and help facilitate PR events Delivering weekly onsite training with Consultants within Department Stores Training budget management and analysis Providing training reports and forecasting by brand Updating and creating manuals and fact sheets Delivering and recording online and live training sessions Uniform and grooming management. Ordering and management of venue hire, catering, collateral, gifts, and product for training. Required Skills and Experience: 2-3 years demonstrated training experience within the beauty and/or fragrance industry Demonstrated experience in the development of training material Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent experience Superior communication and presentation skills Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities What is in it for you?
