About The Role As a Health Manager Level 4, you will contribute to NSW’s statewide Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) implementation, supporting clinical coding, documentation improvement, and audit. Salary: $147,653 – $175,917 plus Super; 38‑hour week. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the key technical advisor, providing business‑led technical advice in clinical coding, documentation improvement, and code auditing. Maintain strong working relationships with NSW Health clinical coding and business functions to ensure sustained engagement and successful outcomes. Support change management and implementation activities to meet program/project schedules and objectives. Provide expert advice on the opportunities and anticipated change impact of proposed products, solutions, functionality or workflows for NSW Health. About You Expert knowledge and extensive experience in clinical coding using ICD‑10‑AM and ACHI. Knowledge and experience in electronic medical records and clinical coding solutions. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
