Technical Advisor Clinical Coding – NSW Health (Temporary Full Time, up to June 2026). Salary: $147,653 – $175,917 plus Superannuation. Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards NSW. 38 hours per week. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the key technical advisor for clinical coding, clinical documentation improvement, and clinical code auditing. Build and maintain strong relationships with NSW Health clinical coding teams, business functions, processes, and workforce to ensure sustained engagement and successful outcomes. Support change management and implementation of change activities in collaboration with stakeholders to meet program and project schedules. Provide expert advice on the opportunities and anticipated impact of proposed products, solutions, functionality, or workflows for NSW Health. About You Expert knowledge and extensive experience in clinical coding using ICD-10-AM and ACHI. Knowledge and experience in electronic medical records and clinical coding solutions. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
