Salesforce Tech Lead - Principal What You Will Do Own the technical vision for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. Lead architecture and design sessions, setting standards and guiding solution decisions across integrated ecosystems. Drive complex integrations with Contact Centre platforms (Genesys), Agentforce, Data Cloud, and PSS to deliver seamless customer experiences. Oversee technical delivery across multiple streams, including custom development, API integrations, and data migration. Establish governance frameworks for release management, CI/CD, and coding standards to maintain quality and consistency. Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, influencing technical strategy and building strong relationships. Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices. What You'll Bring To Slalom Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong developer background and ability to design enterprise-grade solutions. Service Cloud leadership: Proven experience delivering complex Service Cloud implementations, ideally in Contact Centre environments. Integration knowledge: Hands‑on understanding of API integrations, data migration, and connecting Salesforce with platforms like Genesys. Technical governance: Strong grasp of environment management, release management, CI/CD, and coding standards. Leadership & team management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional delivery teams and mentor technical talent. Client engagement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
