We currently are eager to recruit a Customer Learning Facilitator to implement, drive and grow the LMS (Customer Learning Management System) for Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Customer Learning Manager ANZ, you will facilitate online and live learning sessions and support the continuous improvement of learning programs to drive customer engagement and product knowledge. This newly created role is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in customer training or learning facilitation. Ability to conduct presentations and who is passionate about the Learning and Development sector. It requires someone to take ownership, proficient in MS Suite, and who possess strong stakeholder management skills. What your day to day will look like: Maintain content accuracy, functionality, and user experience within the LMS. Monitor usage and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased participation. Take lead on Live eLearning sessions and Customer Online Sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Partner with external training providers and suppliers to support content development and program delivery. Drive the creation, review, and updates for product related training modules to ensure relevance and accuracy. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or product information into engaging learning content. What you will bring to the role: Experience in creating and delivering engaging and professional learning sessions. Strong planning and organisational skills effectively - manages conflicting priorities. Previous administrative experience with an LMS. Strong attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of work. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. An effective communicator (verbal and written), able to adapt approach in response to different personalities and communication approaches. Self-directed, uses initiative to proactively support the development of others Certificate IV in Training & Assessment an advantage.
