As a Duty Manager at The Tav Sportsbar Busselton, you will be part of a team overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our premier hospitality venues. This is a full‑time role to ensure the smooth running of the venue and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. What you'll be doing Manage and assist in all aspects of venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and health and safety compliance. Assist in leading, motivating and developing a high‑performing team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellent customer service. Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to optimise venue efficiency and profitability. Proactively identify and address any operational issues or concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive footfall and revenue. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and the local community. What we're looking for Substantial experience (1+ years) in a Duty Manager role within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of working with high‑performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations. Approved Manager's Certificate required for this role. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
