Now, we're looking for a passionate and strategic Senior P&C Business Partner to join our Food Pillar and help shape the future of independent retail. About the Opportunity Based in Truganina, you'll take on the role of Senior P&C Business Partner, working closely with senior leaders across NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD. You'll collaborate with our logistics and state sales teams to design and deliver people strategies that drive strong commercial outcomes. In this role, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner, change champion, and leadership coach, supporting three key portfolios within the Food business. Your focus will be on enabling high performance, fostering deep engagement, and driving people strategies to unlock growth.
