Job Description As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Sydney Cabin Cleaning Operations - helping to keep everything accurate, compliant, and running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a busy and varied role that combines administration, coordination, and communication, all within a fast-paced airport environment. Your work will include: Managing flight allocation data to ensure accuracy for reporting and revenue tracking Maintaining daily operational and compliance reports, including assurance checks, delay follow-ups, and equipment records Preparing and submitting company and client reports Supporting audits by preparing and coordinating required documentation Managing employee uniform and parking records to ensure smooth team operations Coordinating staff timesheets, expense claims, and stock or stationery orders Processing ASIC applications and renewals with precision and confidentiality Providing HR and payroll administration support to the wider team Assisting with performance review documentation, meeting notes, and data collection Supporting IT administration and troubleshooting as required We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational setting. You’ll need strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs while keeping accuracy at the forefront. Desired Skills and Experience Mandatory Requirement As this administrator role is based at Sydney Airport, the successful candidate is required to have the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
