ALG Talent is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, build lasting client partnerships, and make an impact within a leading aviation and technical staffing business. You will be responsible for: Recruitment & Talent Management Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing to interviewing and placement. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive relationship management. Prepare contracts, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements. Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the Bullhorn CRM system. Keep informed on market trends and competitor activity to support recruitment strategy. Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs. Deliver tailored workforce solutions that align with client expectations. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth. Provide timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes and exceptional service delivery. Mentor and support junior recruiters to achieve their goals. Collaborate with colleagues across recruitment and operations to deliver seamless outcomes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Contribute to regular reporting and performance reviews. About You Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within aviation, engineering, or technical sectors. Proven ability to build strong client and candidate relationships. A track record of meeting or exceeding placement and performance targets. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment CRMs and job boards. Positive, professional, and collaborative approach to work.
