This is an exciting opportunity to join the internal UMENCO team, helping to shape the careers of outstanding talent by connecting them with Australia’s most renowned fashion, lifestyle, and design brands. The SeniorRecruiter will own the recruitment process from role brief and client communications, through to interviews, offer, and talent aftercare. In overseeing the end-to-end recruitment of their allocated accounts, the Senior Recruiter will work passionately to ensure a best-in-class talent and client experience at all touchpoints of the process. The individual we seek will be a well-tenured recruitment professional and will be able to demonstrate an inherent understanding of client and talent fit. They will be meticulous and timely in their ability to follow processes and steps of service, and will possess a warm, confident written and verbal communicative disposition. The successful Senior Recruiter will be able to manage multiple assignments and conflicting timelines in a fast-paced business. They will be a dedicated, proactive individual who has at least three years of experience working as a recruitment professional across the fashion and beauty industries, coupled with a demonstrated history of placing exceptional talent in roles with a focus on career longevity and business development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
