Role & Impact As Senior Recruiter, you’ll shape the future of our engineering capability and partner directly with the founder, VP Eng, and Head of Talent to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire them. This role is about craft, not coordination – a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who sees recruiting as a product, not a pipeline. What You Will Do Drive impact – own engineering hiring end‑to‑end with a focus on senior and critical engineering hires. Partner with the founder, VP of Eng, and hiring leads to deeply understand needs and build funnels that put Blinq in a position to hire high‑calibre talent. Build creative, multi‑channel, always‑on funnels of high‑calibre talent across digital and in‑person experiences. Design and run recruiting processes that move fast while building strong candidate engagement. Continuously evolve assessment methods, interview design, and hiring rituals to drive quality over convenience. What You’ll Bring 5–10 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in building engineering teams. World‑class sourcing – you know what good looks like, how to find them, and how to hook them. Obsessed with candidate experience, able to convert interest and leads into highly engaged candidates. Full‑Stack recruiting – comfortable working with a modern tech stack of talent tools (e.g., PeopleGPT, ChatGPT/Claude, Lever/Ashby).
