Patient Services Administration Assistant - Part time Clinipath Pathology is a Perth based subsidiary of Sonic Healthcare with a reputation as a quality pathology service provider, focusing on professional excellence, reliability and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking applications for a part-time Patient Services Administration Assistant at our Osborne Park Laboratory. Duties include: Receipting and allocation of domiciliary bookings received via phone, fax, or e-mail. Answering patient and referred enquiries. Answering Patient Services Department phones and directing where appropriate. Document preparation including daily compilation and distribution of documentation for the domiciliary runs for each region. Efficient Management and administration in our Laboratory Information System. The successful applicant must have: Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner. Previous reception and administration experience. A well-groomed, professional appearance. Excellent written and spoken English. The ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure. Sound computer skills. The right to work in Australia. This role is based at our Osborne Park Laboratory within the Patient Service Department, rostered Monday – Friday, between 9:00am - 2:00pm.
