What You’ll Drive in This Role Experience preparing tax returns, financials, and BAS for all entity types. Strong knowledge of Australian tax law, compliance, and ASIC obligations. Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate files. Confident communicating with clients, ATO, and regulators. Strong research and problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide tailored solutions. Skilled in building client relationships and identifying tax‑saving opportunities. Proficient with Xero, MYOB, and practice management systems. Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, super, budgets, and business plans. Able to delegate effectively, support the team, and improve systems and processes. Professional, detail‑focused, organized, and a strong team player. You’ll manage team tasks, review WIP and billing, and keep systems updated. Support the admin team, assist with training, and help drive business growth through marketing, client meetings, and content creation. Essential Skills To be considered for this role you must have experience with the above and must have the following attributes as well: Degree‑qualified and CA/CPA qualified or working towards it. 5 years of stable local experience in a similar role with staff supervision. The attitude, ability and willingness to work in a team‑based environment. Experience with Australian Taxation system. Experience using MYOB, Xero, Practice Management Softwares.
