Job Type: Permanent position | Full-time position Job Description Pastrycook SUNRISE MARINA PTY LTD t/a Caledia is looking for a full-time Pastrycook to join their business. Location: 4/187 Breakwater Parade, Mandurah WA 6210 Position: Full-time (38 hours per week) Responsibilities Take charge of ingredient selection for our gelato, cakes, and other sweet products. Assume responsibility for the daily production of a diverse array of desserts, semi‑freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more. Monitor the product quality at various stages throughout the production process. Devise new recipes to bring innovation to our offerings. Create imaginative decorations for cakes, ice creams, and other items. Ensure the maintenance of daily hygiene standards. Operate a variety of tools, mixers and machinery effectively. Assist in training staff. Skills and Experience Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. At least 1 year of experience as Pastrycook. Be able to work independently and be well organized. Experience in Italian patisserie required. Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
