Recruitment Manager @ Frontier | Recruitment, Retention and Development The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality investment governance, regulatory compliance and other strategic advice. We work to help our client’s advance prosperity for their beneficiaries. The purpose of this newly created role is to work with clients on a broad range of investment governance-related issues. These clients include Superannuation funds, Insurers, Charitable Foundations, and other institutional investors. Core Duties Lead matters relating to Investment Governance with client teams at both large complex superannuation clients and boutique clients such as Family Offices, Charities and Foundations Provide high quality and timely consulting advice to clients for Investment Governance related matters including regulatory and market-related updates Review (or establish) valuation governance frameworks and provide recommendations, value-adding feedback and assessment relative to regulatory expectations Actively participate in thought leadership and the research process, including the preparation of due diligence documents, report writing and marketing materials relating to Investment Governance. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Experience working with policy of APRA and ASIC Relevant experience within compliance and or governance A sound, working knowledge of current, relevant investment governance legislation and compliance requirements Exemplary interpersonal skills and an ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment by working co-operatively and effectively in an environment of mutual respect Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.
