This role is ideal for someone who thrives on daily coaching, team energy, and hitting shared goals, while enjoying Monday‑Friday stability, supportive leadership, and flexibility (including one Work-From-Home day per week). About the Role As the Appointment Setter Team Leader, your focus is simple: lift team performance through coaching, structure and consistency. You will work closely with your team every day – listening to calls, giving feedback, running energising huddles, and ensuring every appointment meets RESINC's high quality standards. Your Key Responsibilities Coach outbound and inbound team members to improve call quality Run daily huddles, energise the team and create a positive culture Lead by example through call participation and skill demonstrations Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to identify improvement areas Provide structured coaching and performance reviews Collaborate with Call Centre Manager on scripts, training and process improvements Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members Ensure CRM records and appointment details are accurate About You A natural coach who inspires confidence and enthusiasm Experienced in outbound or inbound call centre environments KPI-driven and skilled at turning performance around A strong communicator with warm but firm leadership style Someone who leads from the front and supports their team daily Organised, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement Hours, Location & Salary 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday Preferred hours: 9am–5pm 1 Work-From-Home day each week available Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + incentives Location: Newstead, QLD Why Join RESINC Solar?
