You will work Monday to Friday at our site office in Keysborough, Victoria. Monday‑Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Friday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. Typical Day You will support the full supply chain function and coordinate day‑to‑day logistics tasks while a small team handles overall strategy. Core Functions Expedite orders and follow up on supplier acknowledgements. Work with sub‑contract suppliers to coordinate consignment materials. Update the ERP system with supplier details, in‑transit status and goods receipting. Raise production jobs to manufacture finished goods to maintain minimum stock. Arrange and manage outbound shipping for customers on a weekly or semi‑regular basis. Supporting Functions Arrange and manage inbound freight requirements. Perform inventory and stock‑take counts related to purchasing decisions. Manage supplier quality issues through the departmental sign‑off process. Qualifications Manufacturing experience desirable, with understanding of Bills of Material, inventory and purchasing. Previous purchasing experience in a factory environment. Relevant qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain (advantageous but not essential). Process‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience using an ERP/MRP system and strong computer skills.
