About the Role We’re seeking a skilledFunctional Analyst to join our team at JBS, based in our Corporate Office in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll support our Order to Cash systems, translating business needs into effective system solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvements, and ensure our systems deliver maximum value. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement in business systems. Responsibilities Analyse and understand how applications support business processes. Collaborate with business process owners to identify improvements and develop new functionality. Translate business requirements into clear system designs and documentation. Liaise with development teams to communicate functional changes. Support users through training and knowledge transfer. Document functional requirements and test plans. Provide orientation and support for new and modified systems. About You You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Order to Cash processes, including Sales, Pricing, Rebates, Invoicing, Shipping, Billing, and Inventory Management. You’re confident working independently, communicating effectively, and adapting quickly to new challenges. Proven experience in Order to Cash business processes. Strong documentation and specification writing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio. Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong team collaboration and self-motivation. Highly Desirable: Experience with test plan writing and execution. Familiarity with Telerik Report Designer or similar tools. Why work for JBS Australia?
