We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in the transport industry. If you have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you Opportunity Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:06 PM Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. Skills and Qualities Customer Service Experience: Confident on the phone and skilled at handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Clear Communication Skills: Excellent email and phone etiquette, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers. Computer Literate: Comfortable using basic computer applications, including MS Office suite, for accurate record‑keeping and communication. Moderate Conflict Resolution Experience: Able to manage and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism. Good Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Transport Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the transport industry would be beneficial but not required. Team‑Focused: You will work closely with others to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and collaboratively. Attention to Detail: Manage tasks accurately while maintaining strong relationships.
