Our IT team plays a vital role in enabling this mission through reliable operations and transformational projects. About the Role As IT Engagement and Change Manager, you will: Drive engagement and adoption for technology initiatives. Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams. Facilitate workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions. Develop business cases and secure approvals. Design and deliver change strategies, training and communications. Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about collaboration, communication and making change stick. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field. 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement or change management. Proven success leading technology adoption across multi-site environments. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Desirable: Change management (Prosci/CCMP), business analysis (IIBA), project management (PRINCE2/PMP), ITIL or Microsoft 365 certifications.
