Overview We are currently looking for a New Car Sales Trainee to start their career with one of Melbourne’s largest Automotive Groups in the Southeast. This is your chance to enter the Automotive industry and learn from the best Responsibilities Connect with customers and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and unforgettable car buying experience. Demonstrate the vehicles your dealership has to offer. Tailor a complete package for the customer, including trade‑ins and extended warranties. Provide your customers a professional handover when they come to pick up their vehicle. Complete all paperwork as required by the dealership. Make sure the dealership’s physical and online yards are accurate and up to date. Participate in all the necessary on‑the‑job training and professional development offered by the dealership. No Car Sales experience required Previous experience in Car Sales is not required. We are recruiting candidates who enjoy connecting and engaging with people. Dealerships consider candidates from various customer‑facing roles including: Health & Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Real Estate or similar. Training & Support You will undergo ongoing training that consists of a 4‑day intense sales process training with one of the best sales trainers in the country where you will learn the HFH way of selling a high number of vehicles while delivering 100% guest satisfaction to 100% of our guests 100% of the time . Learning our IT programs and the different systems we use (Rev Next, Dealer Studio, TSS, Car Sales, Impel) to provide you the opportunity to become the most connected and organized Sales Consultant you can be. The Sales Cadet programs run for a maximum of 6 months (on the job) and when you graduate you will be a fully equipped Sales Consultant with the ability to earn a very competitive salary and drive a fully maintained company car . You will also have the ongoing and continued support from our management team with the opportunity to climb to the top.
