Establish and maintain a periodic Commercial Performance reporting suite for internal and external stakeholders Deliver actionable insights weekly to support business partnering and operational excellence Analyse guest spending, revenue trends, and operational performance using POS data Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as Product Profitability, Labour Margins, and F & B sales Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to provide insights into pricing, product offerings, and labour strategies Conduct ad hoc analysis with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity More about you Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence within finance Proficiency using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers within a commercial environment Ability to collaborate across teams and act as a trusted business partner Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Familiarity with systems such as SwiftPOS and SCM is desirable Who we are Marvel Stadium is one of Melbourne’s premier destinations for sport and entertainment, with an impressive capacity of 53,000.
