Lead the culinary team across premium function spaces and à la carte restaurants, delivering exceptional dining experiences Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends and meet guest expectations Oversee high‑volume culinary operations and manage catering across diverse cuisines and service operations Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards Support budget management and food cost control to maintain financial efficiency More about you Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in high‑volume, fast‑paced culinary environments Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost‑effective kitchen operations Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies including stock and accounting systems HACCP knowledge and appropriate culinary qualifications essential for maintaining food safety standards Applications will close on 20 November 2025 unless a successful candidate is identified sooner.
