Hosting groupsranging in size from 25 - 210guests. About the role : The position available will see you as a Chef or Cook loving lifeinour dynamickitchen. Ability to work in a tight knit team with a commitment to always supporting others. You will be required to ensure proper food safety and cleaning schedules are followed. Work with an outstanding and extremely supportive, friendly team. Skills and experience : Chef or Cook must be able to work unsupervised and give direction to other staff. Chef of Cook must be able to cater for dietary requirements. All staff must hold a validBlue Card, or be willing to obtain one prior to starting (in line with QLD Government regulations). All Chefs & Cooks must have a current (within last 5 years) Food Safety Supervisor certificate. Above all you must be a happy and easy going person, who wants to enjoy your life and relish in coming to work at such an exceptional venue.
