If you don\'t see an opportunity in your area, please call or email Job Description Spread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person, right here in Hunter NSW. We are looking for some friendly faces to join us in assisting residents to and from our on site Chapel service. Share your skills with people living with dementia who are frail and elderly at our Residential Aged Care Home in Cardiff who enjoy a chat and sing a long. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme is funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.
