Role Description - ( Client / Booking Agent - NO CALLED CALLING INBOUND LEADS) Please only English speaking applicants. We are seeking a Lead Booking Agent to contact inbound leads that have expressed their interest to have a free business consultation. The opportunity is for a full-time hours starting on casual bases until completion of probationary period, once probation has finished will be given an opportunity to swap to full time employee with opportunity for overtime, training included, on‑site role based in Elizabeth Street Melbourne, VIC. The Lead or Appointment Booking Agent will oversee booking operations, manage consultants schedules, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with clients and service providers to ensure seamless bookings and communication. The role involves maintaining booking systems, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring clients meets pre‑requirements to book a free consultation. The selected candidate will also implement strategies to optimise department scheduling and overall meeting booked. Qualifications or Skills Required Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and providers. Proficiency in using modern Booking Systems preferably experience with Pipedrive, Gmail, Teams but not required. Attention to detail to maintain consultants booking and schedules. Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow and potential scale to within the organisation. Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient booking and operations. Prior experience in called calling, sales or a similar role is prefered but not required A proactive, customer‑focused approach coupled with the ability to meet performance targets.
