Coordinator/Nominated Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nominated Supervisor / OOSH Coordinator to lead our vibrant out-of-school-hours care service during a 12-month parental leave contract , with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and educational experiences. Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Regulations. Designing and delivering fun, educational activities for children aged 5–12. Managing and mentoring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care. Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community. What We Offer Competitive pay: From $42.25 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, no weekends. 4 weeks annual leave plus personal leave. 12% superannuation and 1.91% split shift allowance during term care. Children's Services Award 2010 – Level 6.5 classification. Approx. 2-week Christmas shutdown (no public holidays worked). Support from an assistant coordinator. Schedule Morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year in a management or 2IC role (preferred) Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commitment to child safety and educational excellence. Current Working with Children Check is mandatory for this position.
