You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team and encouraged to bring your creativity and ideas to the table. Your key responsibilities include: Leading and inspiring your team of educators Planning fun, meaningful programs and nutritious menus Working within the My Time, Our Place framework Engaging with families, schools, and the local community Maintaining self‑assessment tools and preparing for accreditation What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and reliable individuals who love working with children and thrive in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications (one of the following): Diploma in Children’s Services or OOSH Bachelor of Early Childhood or Primary Education Certificate III in Children’s Services (with 3+ years' experience) You’ll also need: A current Paid Working With Children Check HLTAID012 – First Aid in an Education and Care Setting CHCPRT001 / CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Ready to Join Us?
