Graduate Program Our dedicated graduate program provides structured support so you can confidently transition into life as a first‑year clinician and extend the skills you worked hard to develop at university. Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for participants. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of participants ranging in age with various needs and goals. We provide a graded caseload so you have time to develop skills in one area at a time.
