City of Newcastle is seeking an experienced planning professional to play a key role in shaping our city’s future while supporting the Planning and Development Section Managers with leadership and management responsibilities. As our Principal Development Officer (Planning), you’ll provide expert advice, manage complex development applications, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives that drive sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll also mentor and develop the Planning and Development team, enhancing skills and promoting best-practice, customer-focused processes.
