We are dedicated to delivering excellent healthcare services to our patients within a professional and welcoming setting. Currently, we are seeking a permanent part-time experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team. Our practice boasts a modern environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Responsibilities Serving as the initial point of contact for patients Efficiently managing a high volume of telephone inquiries Scheduling appointments and procedures for patients Assisting staff members as needed in providing patient care Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in person and on the phone Exhibiting a positive and cheerful demeanour Flexibility to cover other staff leave Initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities Excellent oral communication skills and ability to multitask Best Practice software experience is an advantage Your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and collaborating effectively with colleagues will make you an invaluable addition to our motivated, flexible, and close-knit team. Previous experience in a general practice setting will be highly regarded. Schedule Days required are Wednesdays and every second Sunday morning with a view to increase days and transition to part time in 2026.
