About the MCC The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia’s greatest assets. The MCG hosts more than 70 major events annually, attracting over four million patrons and visitors. Role Overview An opportunity has arisen to recruit a limited number of casual MCC Club Services Representative for event‑day and weekday work. Key Responsibilities The role provides accurate, timely, and excellent customer service to MCC members during the week and match days. Responsibilities include assisting with and resolving member and guest queries in person at the Membership Services Office as well as via email, web messaging, or telephone. Qualifications & Skills To be successful, you will have experience delivering exceptional customer service, preferably with ticketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly and welcoming manner, and a high attention to detail. Commitment & Flexibility This role requires flexibility: you must be available for event‑day duties on weeknights, public holidays, and weekends, and also able to work throughout the week. Reliability and commitment to the roster are essential.
