ABOUT THE ROLE Our Underwood team are currently recruiting a Quality Performance Manager , responsible for leading our reassembly and detailing team to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll oversee quality inspections post-repair and paint, ensure all work meets Repairhub standards, and manage final quality checks before customer handover. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the team to drive performance and quality outcomes Conducting detailed quality inspections and final handovers Managing rework and rectification processes to achieve customer satisfaction We're looking for someone who values teamwork, quality, and customer experience, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Previous experience in a similar site leadership position will be beneficial but not essential. Experience within the Collision repair industry is essential, with Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.
