Build and coach a high-performing sales team. Attractive base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Work directly with the General Sales Manager and Dealer Principal. Supportive, family-owned group with over 50 years of automotive success. What you’ll be doing Drive the full end-to-end sales process — from lead management to close. Lead new vehicle, finance, and accessories sales. Recruit, train, and motivate a winning sales team. Ensure strict adherence to a structured automotive sales process that delivers consistent results. Drive closing ratios, enquiry response times, and guest satisfaction scores. Champion EV and Hybrid education for both customers and team members. Maintain showroom presentation, stock management, and Geely brand standards. Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Group Marketing to deliver a seamless experience. What we’re looking for Proven success in automotive sales management and leadership. A closer — disciplined, process-driven, and confident in the full sales cycle. Strong technical understanding of EV and Hybrid vehicles. A charismatic, humble, and people-first leader who inspires performance. Results-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable owning a P&L. Professional presentation and a current Australian driver’s licence.
