Are you ready to take your actuarial career to the next level? Chubb is seeking a Principal Actuary to influence and drive the profitable growth of our Property & Casualty (P&C) division. In this strategic role, you’ll report directly to the Chief Actuary for Australia & New Zealand (A&NZ), providing high-quality, timely actuarial advice to senior leaders, supporting operational teams, and helping shape the future of all P&C lines and segments. You’ll lead pricing and portfolio reviews, oversee rating algorithms for digital and non-digital portfolios, and play a key part in our strategic pricing and portfolio management framework. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert actuarial advice to the P&C management team, Senior Actuaries, and Chief Actuary Guide and review pricing and portfolio strategies for key schemes and portfolios Provide actuarial input on rating algorithms and strategic pricing across all portfolios Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals Drive continuous improvement and support strategic development in line with local, regional, and global segmentation strategies Strong business knowledge and communication capabilities Strong data analytics capabilities, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
