We are recruiting for a permanent full‑time Content Marketing Specialist to join our high‑performance and growing digital marketing team based at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane. Reporting to the Digital Content & Communications Manager, APAC, this newly created role is suited to someone who is truly socially native – thriving in the fast‑paced world of social platforms and bringing hands‑on expertise to create engaging, platform‑specific content with precision and creativity. There is a special focus on video content creation, though the role will work across all digital marketing channels (website, email, social media and special projects) to optimise our digital marketing and communications engagement with our customers, build brand awareness and grow our business. Key Responsibilities Contribute to developing the Content Marketing Strategy of all brands, assisting the Digital Content & Communications Manager to embed the strategy across the broader Marketing & Digital teams. Plan, design and create organic social media posts (particularly video content), including occasional assistance with community management and social listening through the company‑approved social tool. Plan, design and create email campaigns across all brands, helping shape the digital marketing activity calendar. Become a super user of the preferred marketing automation platform (Dot Digital), ensuring emails are executed on‑time and with appropriate approvals. Brief agency partners to develop static imagery, video & copy‑based content, ensuring timely delivery of projects in alignment with the Content Marketing Strategy & digital marketing activity calendar. Create content that builds a connection with customers & consumers, improves engagement, and drives efficiency of spend. Work collaboratively with the E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation teams to ensure content is appropriate and aligned to the broader Brand strategy to deliver results in the relevant channel. Assist with development of the influencer marketing & content creator strategy, supporting influencer liaison & delivery of content. Plan & coordinate product photoshoots, webinars, podcasts and digital PR as & when required. Perform keyword research to identify content gaps on the websites, and create relevant content to improve SEO rankings. Help identify improvements in current processes, liaising with relevant stakeholders to implement change and drive efficiency. Monitor, track and optimise content to ensure key goals are achieved and investment is maximised. Collaborate with the broader Marketing & Sales teams to meet all planned marketing campaigns and business initiatives. Assist with ad‑hoc projects, as directed by the Head of Digital, and Digital Content & Communications Manager. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, communication, or related discipline (essential). A good foundation in a digital or marketing role, creating content to build awareness & drive sales, with an ideal background within a large organisation or agency. Demonstrated experience in content creation & successful implementation, with a focus on lo‑fi video content (shot & edited on mobile). Demonstrated experience in Social Media campaigns. A passion for and/or skills in copy writing. Demonstrated experience in developing email marketing campaigns. Demonstrated ability and understanding of digital marketing reporting systems including Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Data Studio and BI Tools (Microsoft Power BI desired but not mandatory). Proficiency in essential computer software including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of written accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with an inherently agile approach. Previous exposure to influencers, UGC creators or affiliates (ideal, though not essential for your success). Job Benefits and Perks Eligible to receive a Company Bonus paid once annually.
