Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance aligned with APRA requirements. Analyse and report on performance metrics, address gaps, and ensure services meet or exceed agreed service levels. Track service performance to meet current and future demand; recommend changes to improve outcomes and reduce waste. Drive process and system improvements to maximise investment and reduce inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation and conduct audits. Collaborate with ITIL function leads to ensure effective execution of incident, request, problem, change, configuration, and asset management. Lead major incident management when required. Support evolving business requirements through idea and demand management, leveraging deep understanding of the service catalogue and IT landscape. About you Strong IT Service Delivery experience in managing Service Management roles, preferably in a lead or senior role. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide teams while driving process improvements. Skills and Qualifications ITIL v4 Foundation (Advanced certifications such as ITIL Managing Professional or Strategic Leader highly desirable). Expertise in ITIL practices, risk management, and continual service improvement. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Customer‑centric approach with a passion for service excellence.
