The Aggregation is a mix of broad acre cropping and livestock grazing and shares equipment and other resources with the Rocky Creek Aggregation, which is approximately one hour drive from the Gragin Aggregation. The Opportunity We are now seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead Gragin into its next phase of growth and transformation. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of farm operations - from planning and production to people, performance and project management — ensuring that every hectare contributes to our productivity, sustainability, and profitability goals. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale broadacre cropping enterprise to deliver strong production and financial outcomes. Develop and implement seasonal and long-term operational plans aligned with the platform’s strategic goals. Lead and contribute to farm projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery and support operational excellence. Oversee the use, care, and maintenance of fixed and mobile assets, including a modern John Deere fleet. Lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Proven experience managing a medium to large-scale mixed-farming operation. Strong operational and technical knowledge across cropping systems, machinery management, and land transformation. Leadership skills, and you are a person who can coach, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will be passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable farming. Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Farm Management are desirable - but your practical results will speak for themselves.
