Your Opportunity Our Lismore Service Centre has an excellent career opportunity for a full‑time Member Relationship Officer – Loans. The position involves assisting walk‑in members and those interacting through our contact centre via phone and online channels regarding loans and related products. Role Deliver efficient and professional service to members through the Service Centre, Contact Centre, and online channels. Assist with enquiries and provide information on all product and service offerings, including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management, with a particular focus on lending products. Create opportunities to provide a total solution for members’ financial needs. Efficiently process member transactions. Perform associated administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate and timely records in various systems. Your Profile Consistent advocate of the G&C Mutual Bank brand. Results‑oriented with the capacity to identify and convert new business opportunities. Well‑organised and able to prioritise effectively. Proactive and able to work well independently when required. Communicates confidently with a broad customer group (face‑to‑face and over the phone). Tier II Accredited (desirable). Has proven lending experience (both personal and mortgages).
