Requirements for this role Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role About the Role The Consultant (Information, Compliance & Risk Analyst) is responsible for the management of internal information workflows, data governance, risk monitoring, and compliance-related reporting. This is an internal operational role supporting the organisation’s governance, audit, and oversight processes. The position does not involve providing financial product advice. Key Responsibilities Internal Portfolio Information & Risk Monitoring Compile and analyse portfolio trade information to support internal monitoring, risk review, and audit processes. Prepare internal performance, exposure, and attribution reports to support oversight and decision‑making. Maintain and update datasets within FE fundinfo and internal systems to ensure accuracy for compliance, risk, and operational reporting. Document and implement internal model portfolio changes to support audit trails, policy adherence, and reporting accuracy. Internal Reporting, Data Governance & Platform Oversight Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs including validated data, charts and commentary. Ensure timely and accurate submission of required information to platforms, data aggregators, and internal governance bodies. Conduct scenario modelling and asset allocation simulations (including Monte Carlo methodologies) for internal risk review. Produce internal positioning, exposure, and rationale documentation for governance transparency. Support platform compliance reporting and provide validated data for regulatory‑related information channels. Prepare internal summaries of fund and model information for operational, compliance, and governance purposes. Research & Organisational Analysis Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support internal decision‑making, policy development, and risk assessments. Assist senior team members with analytical research projects, data interpretation, and evidence‑based insights for internal use. Organisational Communication & Support Provide validated data and structured information to support internal sales and marketing activities. Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by preparing internal organisational information, datasets, and compliance‑related material. Support preparation of presentations, briefings, and internal communication materials. Technical, Data Analytics & Process Improvement GreenVUE Analytics Validate datasets, test methodologies and prepare analytical reports for internal review. Maintain and verify GreenVUE performance, attribution, and economic data used in risk and operational reporting. Compliance, Governance & Professional Standards Operate within AFSL obligations, internal compliance policies and ASIC regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance monitoring, audit preparation, and data integrity standards. Complete professional development requirements to maintain competency and regulatory awareness. Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Required Strong capability in data validation, structured analysis and information management. High attention to accuracy and detail with recurring reporting and large datasets. Understanding of compliance requirements, internal governance, and risk‑management frameworks. Strong written communication skills for preparing reports, documentation and internal summaries. Ability to support process improvements and contribute to information governance initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Applicants must meet one of the following pathways: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline; OR At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment management, financial compliance, risk analysis, or related professional roles in lieu of formal qualifications. PLUS Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in financial services, compliance, regulatory reporting, risk analysis, or investment operations.
