You'll get hands-on with compliance systems, monitor AML transactions, maintain risk and compliance registers, and prepare insightful reports and dashboards. You'll also help improve processes, automate reporting, and contribute to projects that make a real difference to how the team works. What You'll Do Perform AML transaction monitoring and escalate any issues. Maintain compliance and risk registers (complaints, conflicts of interest, incidents, and risks). Support risk management reporting using Power BI and Excel. Prepare regular and ad hoc compliance reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Contribute to compliance projects, system improvements, and process automation. Help maintain key compliance processes such as EFTsure, gifts & hospitality, and risk management systems. What You Have A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3+ years' experience in risk & compliance within financial services, accounting, consulting, or legal sectors. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
