About the role Analyse thematic risk and compliance issues, incidents, breaches, and losses, and escalate findings to stakeholders. Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent application of risk and compliance frameworks. Support and monitor remedial actions, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of operational loss / compliance incidents. Facilitate risk and control assessments, advise the business on risk / compliance processes, and guide action plans. Prepare reports on risk and compliance performance and implement the Line 1 control assurance program. About you Demonstrated experience as an analyst in a relevant discipline (risk / compliance / audit) within financial services is highly preferred. Strong understanding of control design and operating effectiveness. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret diverse data, identify trends, and inform decisions. Ability to analyse complex information, generate insights, and evaluate options for sound decision‑making. Effective planning, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and engage stakeholders clearly and persuasively. A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
