As a Risk & Compliance Analyst, you’ll support the ORIX Risk & Compliance team . You’ll get hands‑on with compliance systems, monitor AML transactions, maintain risk and compliance registers, and prepare insightful reports and dashboards. You’ll also help improve processes, automate reporting, and contribute to projects that make a real difference to how the team works. If you’re detail‑oriented, curious, and enjoy finding better ways to get things done, thrive on data and reporting, take pride in accuracy, and work well in a collaborative team environment this could be the opportunity for you INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU’LL DO: Perform AML transaction monitoring and escalate any issues. Maintain compliance and risk registers (complaints, conflicts of interest, incidents, and risks). Support risk management reporting using Power BI and Excel. Prepare regular and ad hoc compliance reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Contribute to compliance projects, system improvements, and process automation. Help maintain key compliance processes such as EFTsure, gifts & hospitality, and risk management systems. WHAT YOU HAVE: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years’ experience in risk & compliance within financial services, accounting, consulting, or legal sectors. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive mindset, problem‑solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
