To find out more visit our website at About the Role MSS Security is seeking a dedicated University Rover Security Officer to join our professional team based in Ultimo, Sydney CBD. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high‑profile, dynamic university environment that offers variety, strong team support, and ongoing career development. This is a physically active, patrol‑focused role‑ideal for someone who is fit, alert, and comfortable with extensive roving duties throughout the shift. Your presence will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors across campus. Key Responsibilities Roving patrols and support across the site Access control and security monitoring Incident response and accurate reporting Assist with control room operations as needed Ensure a safe, secure environment for all staff and visitors What We're Looking For Current NSW Security Licence and First Aid Certificate Strong communication and reporting skills Availability for 24/7 rotating roster (includes weekends & public holidays) A proactive team player with a reliable, can‑do attitude What We Offer Level 3 pay rate: $28.38/hour + super + shift loadings + reliever allowances Career development and training opportunities Supportive and inclusive team culture Central Sydney location with excellent transport links All applications will be assessed after 05 January 2026.
