Temporary full-time for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of ongoing employment $106,025 pa – $117,363 per annum (Clerk Grade 7 / 8), plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading NSW Parliament, Sydney CBD The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. About the position This role works closely with the Manager, Recruitment and Workforce Planning, and collaboratively across the Human Resources team, on a range of workforce planning activities, including job design and evaluation. You will also be responsible for building on the NSW Parliament’s current performance development and employment programs to support organisational effectiveness and contribute to the Parliament’s strategic goals and objectives.
