About the role In this influential role you will primarily support the development and implementation of talent management programs that enhance the employee experience across TAFE NSW. You will contribute to the design of leadership pipelines, shape succession frameworks, coordinate early‑careers programmes and facilitate programmes. You will partner with stakeholders and apply analysis skills and project‑management methodologies to deliver impactful, future‑focused initiatives that shape TAFE NSW’s future‑ready workforce. As a member of the Employee Experience team you will also contribute to performance culture, reward, recognition and organisational development initiatives that make TAFE NSW a great place to work where people feel valued and recognised for their excellence and empowered to deliver the best outcomes. About you You are a proactive and collaborative professional with a passion for shaping the employee experience. You bring a forward‑thinking approach and have: Experience in talent management or workforce development with exposure to programs such as leadership development, succession planning or early‑careers Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions, drive continuous improvement and anticipate emerging trends Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, always placing the customer at the centre of your work To find out more about the role click to view the Position Description.
