Business Development Manager | Western Victoria At Kress , we’re leading the charge in battery-powered and robotic outdoor power equipment. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our dealer network, drive sales, and champion the Kress brand across Western Victoria and surrounding areas. The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with our servicing dealers and commercial end users. You’ll deliver hands‑on product demonstrations, support dealers with training and promotional initiatives, and help shape the future of Kress in the commercial market. Key Responsibilities Achieve top‑line sales targets within your assigned territory. Identify and develop new servicing dealer partnerships. Drive sales growth in Kress battery and robotic mower categories. Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships across dealer and commercial customer bases including landscapers and golf courses. Conduct product demonstrations and events to showcase Kress solutions. Support dealers with training, promotional activity, and range expansion. Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity using HubSpot (CRM) . Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to maintain product knowledge. Travel extensively throughout the territory as required. About You You’re a sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation in outdoor power equipment. You enjoy being hands‑on, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results. You’ll bring: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong customer focus and relationship‑building skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities. Sound organisational and time management skills. Competence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A current driver’s licence and ability to tow and operate a trailer.
