The Role We are currently seeking a Manager – Pavements, ANZ to provide leadership and operational direction to the activities of the Pavements technical capability in collaboration with other sector leaders and in consideration of the wider SMEC business. This national role may be based in our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide. Provide operational, technical and business development direction for the Pavements capability to support SMEC’s vision and values. Ensure capability development and mobilization of the Pavements capability nationally. Manage national client relationships. The incumbent will role‑model SMEC values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles. Qualifications Manage multi‑disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications. Build trusting and productive client relationships. Produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard and in a timely manner. Manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion. Recognised as a local authority in the sector.
