Your role at St John of God Health Care You will support the Business Development and GP engagement activities across all St John of God Health Care hospitals providing administrative and event support for the wider team. Duties will also include maintaining data within a CRM system. The Position Assist with general administration pertaining to GP education events including collating survey feedback, logging GP CPD points, sending follow-up emails, reminder emails and invitations. Assist with the organisation of combined GP education events for GPs including catering and venue bookings. Submit requests to upload event details to the website and newsletter. Maintain GP database and mailing lists in CRM. Coordinate the processing of invoices and liaise with event sponsors. Provide other event administration support to Business Development teams as required. You will have demonstrated administrative experience with the Health Care sector and be proficient with Microsoft Office and database management. This permanent position is working 12 hours spread across the week; flexibility with working from home is offered. We can offer you Salary $74,627 to $78,011 per annum (pro rata for part-time) plus 12% Superannuation. Permanent part-time position working 12 hours per week. Located at Perth CBD Kings Square office. Working from home arrangement offered.
