As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will have autonomy to manage your day, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and tailored training, tools, and mentorship. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to achieve positive return‑to‑health and return‑to‑work. Responsibilities Case management (manageable caseloads, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative tasks) Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‑to‑work outcomes Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programmes Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals Complete assessments using discipline‑specific allied health skills (Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Activities of Daily Living Assessments) Provide holistic support to clients Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Social Work or Nursing Full Professional Membership with AASW or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain either) Strong interpersonal skills Excellent time‑management and organisational skills Empathy, genuine compassion and kindness Patience and resilience Current driver’s licence and access to a car with comprehensive insurance Additional Information We seek better together for our clients, customers, community, and each other.
